So here's another picture post for ya. It's been a while since I did one of these so couldn't choose what pictures to post. So here's a few from the last couple of weeks. Me and the boyfriend spent a lovely part of the last Bank Holiday at the Celtic Manor! (Fully considering doing a full post on it as had such a good time; one humongous hotel!) Easter weekend, we walked Pen-Y-Fan, the highest peak of the Brecon Beacons. Fair to say, it absolutely killed me. We had rain, hail and gailforce winds, which wasn't the best time to walk it really, but so glad I did. Also, super chuffed with how much calories it burned!!
Since the weathers been great, we've been going out with the dog as much as possible, especially to the beach since Meg seems to love the sand! Can't believe how lovely Ogmore beach looked, shame about how freezing cold the wind was. Watering eyes everywhere! Also, been slightly more creative in the kitchen, although I can't take credit for those burgers as they were made by the boyfriend. I just cut the onions, but every little helps, right? And they tasted ace.
